On the road…

I’m in Montreal this week, but before I left for JFK, I had to pay homage to the great Sunday ritual that is eggs for breakfast.

There’s no better way to deal with TSA or board the world’s smallest plane than to do so with a  strong cup of tea and toast with sautéed tomatoes, havarti, pan-fried turkey slices and a perfectly cooked egg in your belly. Would you look at the color of that yolk?! Breakfast, my friends, is a beautiful thing.
